Mitsubishi FX10K Wire EDM

The Mitsubishi FX-10K has X, Y and Z travels as follows: X 13.8", Y 9.9" and Z 8.0" It is capable of producing fine finishes. It can hold sizes to +-.0001" and tighter if needed. It has full 4 axis capabilities. Wire size diameters available on this machine are .004", .008", .010" and .012". Kerf widths on a roughing cut for each diameter are:(.004"=.006"kerf), (.008"=.0101"kerf), (.010"=.0122"kerf), (.012"=.016"kerf). Workpieces are submerged during cutting which increases feed rates.
